Cookie Policy

This is a translation. The legally binding version is the Spanish original, Política de Cookies. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.

Last updated: 17 August 2026

This policy implements Article 22(2) of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and follows the criteria of the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s Guide on the use of cookies. The site is operated by Yatoday, S.L. (tax ID PENDIENTE DE COMPLETAR); its full details are in the Legal Notice and the processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. The same rules cover other equivalent techniques for storing and retrieving data on your device, such as localStorage, which we also describe here.

The first time you arrive you will see a banner with two options at the same level, in identical format and visibility: “Accept” and “Reject”. We use no pre-ticked boxes and no cookie walls, and rejecting is as easy as accepting: neither option is hidden, dimmed, or requires extra steps.

  • Until you choose, no cookie other than a strictly necessary one is set. Google’s consent mode (Consent Mode v2) remains at denied for analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization.
  • Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing the banner does not count as acceptance.
  • You can change or withdraw your decision at any time from the floating cookie button in the bottom corner of every page. Withdrawing is as simple as giving it.
  • We will ask you again at most every 24 months, and also whenever we materially change the purposes described here.

If you reject, the site works normally: we simply stop measuring aggregate page usage.

These cookies are indispensable to deliver the service you request and to meet the legal obligation to evidence your consent, so they are exempt from the prior-consent requirement (Art. 22(2) LSSI-CE). They cannot be switched off from the banner.

3.2 Analytics and measurement — only if you accept

What we do with this information. We measure page views, interaction events, traffic source, device type and approximate location (country or city) in order to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. We do not use it for personalised advertising and we do not combine it with identifying data.

Transfers. Google Ireland Limited processes this data in the EU, with possible access by Google LLC from the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses. Details are in section 8 of the Privacy Policy. More on how Google uses the data: Google policies.

If you reject, nothing is loaded from Google. We do not merely stop cookies being set: Google’s scripts are not downloaded at all until you accept, so Google never receives your IP address and never learns that you visited this page. They are requested only if you consent.

3.3 Advertising and profiling

We use no advertising, profiling or social-network cookies. The advertising signals of Google’s consent mode (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) stay denied permanently on this site — accepting the banner does not grant them. Should that change, we would update this policy and increment the consent version so that you are asked again before any such cookie is set.

4. What we record when you accept or reject

So that we can demonstrate your decision, as Article 7(1) GDPR requires, we store on our servers the random identifier (UUID) from the cookie_consent_id cookie, the decision taken, the categories accepted, the version of this policy, the URL where you decided, your browser language, your user agent, your IP address and the date and time. Every later change is appended to an immutable history of your consent.

This record is kept for 24 months from your last decision and is processed on the legal basis of compliance with a legal obligation. You can view your consent identifier and the date you gave it from the floating cookie button itself.

5. Managing cookies from your browser

Besides this site’s panel, you can block or delete cookies from your browser settings:

Note that if you delete the cookie_consent_id cookie we will ask for your decision again, because we will no longer be able to identify the one you had made.

6. Your rights

The data attached to your consent is personal data. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected], and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). The full procedure is in section 12 of the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to this policy

We review this policy whenever a cookie or a purpose is added, removed or modified. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.

8. Language of this document

This document is published in Spanish, English and Russian — the three languages in which this website is offered — so that you can read it in your own (Art. 12(1) GDPR).

The Spanish version is the only prevailing version. The English and Russian versions are translations provided for your understanding; in the event of any discrepancy between them, the Spanish text prevails, as it is the language of the controller, of the contract and of the competent supervisory authority.
