Accessing and browsing the site confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of this legal notice from the outset. If you disagree with any of its provisions, please do not use the site.

The user undertakes to:

Its reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, without express written authorisation is prohibited. Browsing the site grants the user no right or licence over that content beyond the strictly personal use needed to view it.

Third-party software and open-source libraries integrated into the site are used under their respective licences, which are fully respected.

Yatoday, S.L. acts with due diligence, but cannot guarantee:

• Continuous availability of the site. It may be interrupted by maintenance, technical incidents or causes beyond our control. We accept no liability for damage arising from unavailability or from interruption of the service.
• The complete absence of errors in the content, which is purely informational and constitutes neither professional advice nor a binding contractual offer, unless expressly stated otherwise.

In accordance with Article 21 LSSI-CE, we do not send commercial communications by email or equivalent means without a request or express authorisation from the recipient, or a prior contractual relationship concerning similar products or services. In every case, the recipient may object simply and free of charge by writing to

If any clause of this legal notice is declared void or unenforceable, that invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions, which will remain fully valid.

Yatoday, S.L. reserves the right to amend this legal notice and the content of the site at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect on publication, so periodic review is recommended. The date of the version in force is shown at the top of this page.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the site, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under the law.

Where the user is a consumer, the competent court is the one for their place of residence, and no clause of this notice will limit the rights that consumer protection law grants them on a mandatory basis.
